Reading across positions — repeats, echoes, and contradictions — is where the chart becomes a person.

The three interaction patterns

Synthesis reads across the whole chart at once — the same arcanum repeating, the tail echoing at the centre, one channel contradicting another.

A chart is a system, not a list. Three interaction patterns carry most of the synthesis. Repeats: the same arcanum in three or more places is the chart shouting — that energy dominates the life. Echoes: when the karmic tail's arcanum reappears in the soul or money line, the lesson bleeds into that domain. Contradictions: when the money line opposes the personality pillar, you've found the explanation for a client's whole career tension. Read the interactions, not just the entries.
