The workflow
Given a cold chart: build it, confirm the numbers, then walk the canonical order — centre, tail, portrait and talents, lines and purposes, channels, overlays — noting interactions as you go. Draft each section, then stand back and find the single through-line that ties the chart together; that through-line is your reading's spine. Everything else hangs off it.
