Position-wise summing
The couple chart is built by position-wise summing of the two partners' primaries — a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i — reducing only where the sum is over 22. So the couple's a is partner A's a plus partner B's a; the couple's b is B's b plus A's b; and so on through all nine.
Once the nine primaries are set, every derived position follows the same internal formulas as a personal chart: d = a + b + c, e = the four seeds summed, j = d + e, the diagonals, the tail — all of it.
After this construction, the two personal matrices are set aside. You read the relationship's own chart — the arcana of the bond itself — not two charts side by side. The couple is a third entity with a chart of its own.
