What we collect, and why.

The Matrix calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your birthdate is never sent to our servers when you use the free calculator. If you sign up for the waitlist or order a paid reading, we keep only what we need to deliver it.

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or order a reading.
• Name and birthdate — when you order a paid reading, so we can prepare it.
• Partner birthdate — only if you specifically order a compatibility reading.
• Anonymous usage data — page views and traffic sources, via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking.

• We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information.
• We don't use your birthdate or chart data for marketing.
• We don't embed third-party ad trackers.
• We don't store anything from the free calculator on our servers.

Reading orders and the data attached to them stay on file as long as you have an active relationship with Matrixa (e.g. follow-ups you've asked for, future updates of the same reading). You can email us any time to request deletion of your data.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics setup that records aggregate traffic patterns — page views, referring sources, broad device type — without identifying you individually. There are no third-party cookies set on this site.
