Health & the Chakra Map
The seven chakras and the body systems each governs. Read the physics column against this map to see where a chart concentrates tension.
Health is the highest-liability area of any reading. You may flag where energy concentrates and where tension tends to gather — you may neverdiagnose a disease, contradict a doctor, or advise stopping treatment. Speak in tendencies and attention, not verdicts: “this chart carries tension in the sacral region; it's worth keeping an eye on and raising with a medical professional.” When in doubt, refer out.
The brain, hair, upper part of the skull.
Connection to the higher and to meaning. Strain here tends to read as mental fog or headaches under spiritual or existential pressure.
Occipital and temporal lobes, eyes, ears, nose, face, upper jaw and teeth, optic nerve, cerebral cortex.
Perception and clarity. Tension shows in the eyes, head, and sinuses; overthinking and not-seeing gather here.
Thyroid, trachea, bronchi, throat, vocal cords, shoulders, arms, cervical spine, lower jaw and teeth.
Expression and the voice. Unspoken truth and swallowed words tend to gather in the throat and neck.
Heart, circulatory and respiratory systems, lungs, bronchi, thoracic spine, ribs, scapular area, chest.
Love and grief. The heart and lungs carry what isn't felt and breathed through.
GI tract, abdominal organs, pancreas, spleen, liver, gallbladder, small intestine, central spine.
Power and the digestion of life. Control, worry, and anger tend to settle in the gut.
Adrenals, uterus and ovaries, kidneys, intestines, prostate (in men), lumbar spine.
Desire, creativity, reproduction. The body's relationship to pleasure, money, and fear.
Urogenital system, lower limbs, large intestine, tailbone, sacrum, legs.
Safety and survival. Groundedness, security, and the legs that carry you.
