Energy 11 is Strength — great power and potential. People with a large 11th are the strongest and most capable of work, able to carry a huge volume of tasks. Be firm about the direction: accept this strength, realize it, and use it for good — never to suppress others or take what you want by force. True strength here is strength of spirit, not of the body.
The 11th is built to “plow” — and it has the energy for it. But work a lot and, in the same breath, don’t forget rest, full sleep, and nutrition. The resource only restores in balance. You charge up during work, but a great deal of strength goes into it; if you don’t replenish, you pay for it.
