Tendencies, never diagnoses
Health is the highest-liability area of any reading. You may flag where a client's energy concentrates and where tension tends to gather — never diagnose a disease, never contradict a doctor, never advise stopping treatment. The correct language is tendency and attention: 'this chart carries tension in the sacral region; it's worth keeping an eye on that area and raising it with a medical professional.' When in doubt, refer out.
