The triad

The triad — locate the year on the perimeter (here age 20, at the top), draw a line through the Soul to the opposite point (age 60), then sum the two arcana for a third.

The triad method: locate the current year's arcanum on the perimeter; draw a line through the centre to the opposite side and take that arcanum; sum the two and reduce for a third. Read the triad either as three independent tasks or as a sequence — what is happening → its cause → its outcome. This is the primary forecasting mechanic and the one to teach clients.
