The Matrix of Destiny as it's read today is a contemporary system, assembled over the last few decades from older parts: the tarot's major arcana as a vocabulary of energies, numerology as the engine that places them, and the chakra model as an overlay for reading the body and the life's vertical axis. Different teachers have shaped different schools, which is why you'll occasionally see a position named two ways or a tail catalogued slightly differently from one source to the next.

You don't need a creation myth to read well — and you shouldn't sell one. When a client asks where this comes from, the honest answer builds more trust than a mystical one: it's a modern synthesis of tarot symbolism and numerology, internally consistent, and useful as a mirror.
